What is College Testing Center?

CTC helps students earn an accredited Bachelor’s degree in about one year. You test through CTC, use credits you may already have, and graduate from one of the accredited universities CTC works with.

Which universities do CTC students graduate from?

Kentucky Wesleyan College. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). CTC and the universities are separate, independent organizations.

What majors can I choose?

Liberal Arts, Business or Psychology. Liberal Arts students choose 3 areas of emphasis (15 credits each) from Behavioral Sciences, Business Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences.

Can I use credits I already have?

Often, yes. CTC builds your degree plan around credits you’ve already earned, such as Seminary/Yeshiva, AP courses or community college. Tell us what you have on the application.

What does it cost?

The headline: an accredited Bachelor’s degree in one year for about $17,000. CTC’s own fees are a $600 registration fee plus $3,000 per 30-credit block, based on how many credits you need. University fees are separate. Contact us for your exact number.

Can I test online?

Yes, online testing is available. If your city isn’t listed, message us.

What if I don’t pass an exam?

A passing grade is 70%. You can retake a course after at least 3 months, at the current per-credit rate.

What is the refund policy?

The registration fee is non-refundable. Course fees: 100% back within 7 days of enrollment, 75% within 14 days, 50% within 21 days and 25% within 28 days, as long as no exams have been taken. No refunds after 28 days or once you’ve taken your first exam.

Will my credits transfer, or guarantee me grad school?

CTC doesn’t guarantee that other schools accept its credits, or admission to any graduate program or job. Each school sets its own rules. Many CTC students have gone on to the graduate programs listed above.

Does CTC issue a 1098-T?

No. CTC isn’t an educational institution, so it doesn’t issue the 1098-T form.

What if I take a break?

If you don’t complete any testing or coursework for 12 months in a row, you’re considered inactive and pay the current registration fee to re-enroll.
